Through the contact form we collect name, email, phone number and any message, solely to respond to your information or booking request. Providing this data is optional but necessary to be contacted back. Processing is carried out via the Web3Forms form service.
Bookings made through the "Book now" buttons are handled directly by the Kross Booking (Dommos) engine, on a domain external to this site: please review that service's privacy notice when booking.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the data exchanged is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy notice.
Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the contact form and non-necessary cookies, and on the performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for booking requests.
